Refund Policy

If your order has shipped and you want to return it, please reach out to hi@spirtea.com.

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will accept a return up to 30 days after delivery. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You can contact us at hi@spirtea.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days at hi@spirtea.com with your order number and a picture of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try to work toward a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants, and custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will inform you if the return is approved or not after inspection. If approved, you’ll receive a refund on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
